With 25 years’ experience in law, Wojtek (Tek) has spent most of his career in executive management at various firms around the country. 

His areas of expertise include corporate restructuring and insolvency as well as disputes relating to security enforcement, insolvent trading and preference claims, complex financial instruments, director’s obligations and duties, oppression, trusts and equitable rights.

Tek is also a Nationally Accredited Mediator primarily focusing on commercial disputes.

Whilst advising banks and private lenders, insolvency practitioners, regulators, directors and creditors, Tek has also acted in numerous significant litigious matters (including class actions) as well as many informal restructures.

As an experienced funder, Tek also leads our litigation funding opportunity and is responsible for overseeing the sourcing, due diligence and management of all our investment activities.

He is also a company secretary and serves as a board member across several organisations. In his spare time, Tek is an avid Melbourne Storm supporter and enjoys getting outdoors with his two sons and wife, Marie.
